Privacy policy

Alpha North & Partners Pte. Ltd. ("we") respects your personal data and handles it in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you give us in the contact form: name, work email, company, role, company stage, timeframe, what you need help with, your message and how you heard about us.
• Where you came from: the campaign link, advertising click identifier, landing page and referring site. We keep these in your browser tab for the current visit only, and remember them across visits only if you allow analytics or marketing cookies.
• How you use the site, through analytics and advertising cookies, only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together.
• To send occasional insights, only if you tick the separate box to receive them.
• To understand which channels and campaigns bring useful enquiries, and to show relevant ads on LinkedIn and Meta to people who have visited the site, only if you accept marketing cookies.

Who receives it

We use service providers to run the website and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting, security and cookie consent), Google (Google Workspace, Google Sheets and Google Analytics), HubSpot (customer relationship management and email), LinkedIn and Meta (advertising measurement). Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to three years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Then we delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it. Unsubscribe links are in every marketing email. Withdrawing consent will not affect anything we did with your data before you withdrew it.
